    After dedicating over two decades to collaborating with leading automotive groups across the country and the technology vendors that assist them, I’ve reached a pivotal moment where I am focusing my energy where it’s most impactful. My mission is to empower dealers in optimizing their outcomes by assisting them in developing streamlined processes and seamless integration with their chosen technologies. My concentration lies in enhancing the efficiency of how dealers engage with online shoppers and customers, enabling them to achieve more with fewer resources and ultimately yielding superior results. Dave proudly served in the US Navy and as a Michigan State Grad supports the Spartans. Dave is a board member of Conversica. With friends Georgie and Bogey

    With over three decades in the automotive and technology industry, I have extensive experience in sales, operations, and CRM. I started in retail auto, progressing from sales to Vice President of Operations at Ourisman Automotive. I then served as National CRM Manager at Reynolds and Reynolds for 10 years, followed by a two-year stint as National Manager at eBay, and a decade as VP of National Accounts at Conversica. After a rewarding career, I traveled the world, volunteering at an elephant rescue in Thailand and teaching at an orphanage. Now, I was drawn back into the business world with Silent Partner and helped developed Contactter.AI. As Consultant and Advisor (Chief Visionary Officer), I leverage AWS, Firebase, and OpenAI to help companies boost sales and service through advanced email marketing. Thiatham has a proven track record in web development, API integration, data analytics, and automation, making him uniquely qualified to spearhead our AI advancements. His expertise spans across various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring our solutions are cutting-edge and effective.
